       The Main House

The Main House began as a one room house in 1860. Later it was renovated in three phases over many years. It has five common rooms on the first floor that the guests are free to use. They include the Music Room, the Dining Room, the Veranda, and the room that was the Original One-room house first constructed. The second floor is divided into four bedchambers. The Green Room and the Stone Room each have a private bath while the Peach Room and the Blue Room have a shared bath with a clawfoot tub. All of the limestone used for construction of this stately ranch house was quarried locally.
