George McNee built this grand home in 1891. He came to America from Perthshire, Scotland in 1856, then arrived in Kansas in 1860. The smoke house was built in 1893. He was a successful farmer and rancher. His sister, Mary Miller, inherited the "home place". The farm was then passed down through the Miller family.

This home offers privacy for a small family group or friends. A dirt road winds through an alfalfa field to the creek near the house.
