MILLER RANCH HOUSE
(A division of Clover Cliff Ranch Bed'n Breakfast)
          Four Bedrooms - 2 Queen Beds & 4 Full Size Beds. Two of the beds
          are on the third floor. One bathroom on the first floor and one bathroom
          on the second floor.
                                                (Basic charge for up to 6 people).....$235.00
                                                (Each additional person)....................$30.00

Check-in time 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. unless other arrangements are made in advance.

A $40.00 deposit per room per night is required to confirm reservations. Payment can be made with check, VISA, or MasterCard. 6.3% Sales Tax and a 2% Bed Tax will be added to all room rates.

Cancellation Policy - If a cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit, less 50% will be refunded. Deposits are not refunded when cancellations are less than 5 days.

Guests may bring their own horses to ride. Pens, Hay & Water are provided, you will need to bring your own feed, $20.00 per horse, per day. The 4,000 acre Clover Cliff Ranch is also a great place to hike and fish.
